PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymerizable gelling agent not only capable of gelling a liquid substance by itself, but also capable of irreversibly forming the liquid substance into the gel excellent in heat resistance by mixing the gelling agent with the liquid substance and polymerizing the liquid substance, because the gelling agent has polymerizability.
