<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of underwear of simple structure, easy to produce, surely preventing urine from oozing and leaking from the water-absorbing pad member which absorbed the urine due to incontinence. <P>SOLUTION: This piece of underwear is produced by impregnating a urethane resin 14a in a band-like manner throughout the whole outer peripheral rim of an absorptive fabric 12 and protective fabric 13 and then heat-pressurizing the urethane resin 14a to integratedly solidify it with a non-water-permeable sheet 11 as a water cut-off part 14 to form the water-absorbing pad 1 which is set inside the crotch part 23 of the piece of underwear 2. This piece of underwear thus obtained can surely prevent the leakage of absorbed urine from the edge face of the water-absorbing pad 1, and the pad 1 can easily be produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
