<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troublesome installation work of a terminal box B. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of terminal boards 20, 20 for connection of electrode (a) of a solar battery module M are allocated within a resin box 11, the connection connectors 40, 60 of external connection cable P are integrally formed with the insertion molding on a side wall of the box 11, and the connector 40 is connected to the terminal board 20. When the terminal box B and cable P are connected via the connector, the connector can be transported and installed easily under the condition that the terminal box B and cable P are separated, because the connector is detachable. When the molding temperature of the resin forming the box 11 is higher than the heat-resistant temperature of the connector 40, a burr-stop ring 50 is engaged with the inserting portion of the connector 40 to covering the inserting portion. Accordingly, thermal conduction during the molding process can be controlled, deformation of the connector 40 can also be prevented and forming burr due to the gap with the molding die resulting from deformation can also be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
