<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rack cover to be tightened and fixed without a trouble even if its mounting holes come to the position of a sub girder, a support member, or a rack. <P>SOLUTION: Bolts 20, which are passed through from an upper side into two bracket fixing holes 32, 32 at both sides sandwiching a cover fixing hole 31 of a connecting plate 30, are each tightened by a bolt hole of each turned-up piece of two pieces of rack cover fixing brackets 10, 10 to fix each of the brackets 10, 10 to the connecting plate 30. A locking claw 11b of the bottom locking part of each bracket 10 is locked to the tip of the bent edge of the bottom end of a master girder 1 from the bottom side of the external surface of the master girder 1. Also, the bolts 20, which are passed through from the upper side into the mounting holes 4a of a rack cover 4, are tightened by a cover fixing hole 31 of the connecting plate 30 to fix the plate 30 below the rack cover 4.
