<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write or read toner exchange information to/from an information recording medium by providing a developing device with the information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device 21 used for a positionally moving type developing system is equipped with the information recording medium to which read and write are performed through a connector 22 having a plurality of terminals, and the connector 22 has a fixed part fixed in the device 21, and also the terminals of the connector are arranged in a plurality of lines R1 and R2, then the number of terminals in the line R2 on the fixed part side is made smaller than that in another line R1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
