<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication module having a structure in which an interference between a high-frequency signal and another signal can be reduced, and to provide an optical communication module product. <P>SOLUTION: The optical communication module 1a comprises an optical fiber 8, a housing 4, an optical semiconductor light emitting element 34, and a semiconductor element 42. The housing 4 has walls 5b to 5e. The walls 5c, 5d respectively have a plurality of lead terminals extended in a predetermined axial direction. The wall 5e is provided to be opposed to the wall 5b and has a plurality of lead terminals. The plurality of the terminals of the wall 53 include only the lead terminal 52a, the lead terminal 53b and the lead terminals 52c to 52e. The terminal 52a receives one signal of differential signals. The terminal 53b receives the other signal of the differential signals.
