<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficiency and power saving of tasks in a kindergarten or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The curator 3 of a kindergartner or the like performs access to a server 9 by using a curator terminal 3 or a curator portable telephone set 5, and registers attendance/absence, the necessity/non-necessity of school meals, contact destination in each time zone, the necessity/non-necessity of extended nursery, and contact items. Also, the curator 3 receives contact items from a teacher. The information of the contact items are stored in a contact book DB 91. The teacher of the kindergarten or the like performs access to the server 9 by using a kindergarten terminal 7, and acquires the total result of the necessary number of meals, the result of the scheduling of the teacher in the extended nursery, the pickup route information of a pickup bus, and the information of the contact book with the curator. Also, the teacher is able to notice the necessary number of provided meals at that day to a feeding center 100.
