PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery system that can restrict even a validly authorized user in some degree. SOLUTION: Upon a request from a client 3 for content delivery via a network 2, a content delivery server 4 extracts contents from a work database 5, and extracts corresponding time restriction information such as a valid period and a valid time. The content delivery server 4 then executes time restriction processing on the contents according to the extracted time restriction information, and sends them to the requester client 3.
