PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna level display apparatus capable of displaying an antenna level on which image quality deterioration is reflected with fidelity in the case of receiving satellite broadcasting. SOLUTION: A demodulation circuit 6 applies orthogonal detection to an input signal and measures a value on C/N on the basis of an average value of amplitude levels at signal points of a received signal mapped on an IQ plane from a table in a ROM 61. A comparator circuit 58 compares demodulated data with demodulated data subjected to error correction by a Viterbi decoding circuit 7 and the value of C/N is discriminated on the basis of a bit error rate from a table in a ROM 62. The C/N to be displayed is discriminated from the two values of C/N and they are properly switched and displayed. Thus, even when the reception environment is deteriorated due to phase noise in a converter or the like, the display apparatus can display the antenna level on which the reception state is reflected.
