PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical panel capable of surely and vertically bringing the wiring formed on both substrates into conduction even when foreign matter are mixed between the substrates, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor, a display device, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electro-optical panel 1 comprises a counter substrate 20 having scanning lines 25 serving as a plurality of 1st wiring, and an element substrate 10 having routed wiring 16 serving as a plurality of 2nd wiring and arranged with a predetermined gap across the counter substrate 25, and has conductive particles 32 for bringing the routed wiring 16 on the element substrate 10 and the scanning lines 25 of the counter electrode 20 into electrical conduction, and the predetermined gap is constituted of an area 501 of a 1st gap d1 and an area 502 of a 2nd gap d2, and cross points CP of the lines projecting the routed wiring 16 onto the counter substrate 20 and the scanning lines 25 are arranged in the area 502 of the 2nd gap d2.
