PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and its manufacturing method wherein a layer to be exfoliated is stuck on base material having a curved surface, and especially provide a display having a curved surface, specifically, a light emitting device having an organic light emitting element which is stuck on base material having a curved surface. SOLUTION: The layer to be exfoliated is transferred on a film which layer contains the organic light emitting element which is arranged on a substrate by using lamination of a first material layer constituted of a metal layer or a nitride layer and a second material layer constituted of an oxide layer. The film and the layer to be exfoliated are warped, and a display having a curved surface is realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
