PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow rate of leakage at the time of full closing by avoiding the worst state where seating cannot be carried out at whole periphery of a valve head 14 even in the case that a foreign matter is bitten. SOLUTION: The valve head 14 is inclinably supported by a valve shaft 13 with an elastic body (coil spring 15).
