PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorescent paste resistant to the lowering in the luminance of its fluorescent material. SOLUTION: The fluorescent paste contains powder of the fluorescent material, a binder resin and an organic solvent. The water absorption rate of the paste is≤5,000 ppm/hr and the water solubility of the organic solvent is≤7 at 25°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
