PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of improving melt fluidity (molding processability) without deteriorating essential characteristics of a thermoplastic resin composition containing an engineering plastic affording a molded product having excellent heat, peel and impact resistances, flame retardance, or the like. SOLUTION: A melt fluidity improving agent (X) is suitable for the thermoplastic resin composition containing the engineering plastic (Y) and consists essentially of a polymer (A) having compatibility with or affinity for a polycarbonate resin and≥10,000 and <60,000 mass-average molecular weight. The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.mass of the thermoplastic engineering plastic (Y) with 0.1-100 pts.mass of the melt fluidity improving agent (X).
