<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium (non-contact type token) issuing machine capable of shortening the time to wait on customers. <P>SOLUTION: This token issuing machine, which writes specified data into a token before it is issued out of the issuing machine main body acting in compliance with a given instruction, has a standby means for holding a token in a state waiting for data writing, a determining means for reading the data from or writing data into the token being held and for determining if the token is authentic, and a standby control means for recovering a token determined to be anomalous and for holding a new token in the state waiting for data writing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
