<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed article of nonwoven fabric not causing loosening or the like of a fiber constituting a nonwoven fabric of the processed surface enabling highly precise processing of a complicate shape at a low cost and in a short delivery time and applying processing such as perforation, pulling or cutting to a nonwoven fabric alone or a laminate containing the nonwoven fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The processed article of nonwoven fabric is obtained by applying processing such as perforation, pulling or cutting to a substrate continuously moving by using a laser processing apparatus equipped with a laser light source for carrying out pulse oscillation of laser beam, a scanning means for scanning the laser beam along the prescribed scanning surface on the substrate and a control means for controlling scan timing of the scanning means.
