<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor nonvolatile storage in which a nonvolatile memory is not rewritten and power consumption can be reduced as much as possible even when reading. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor nonvolatile storage comprises a nonvolatile memory 18 for storing data, and a transistor being connected in series with the nonvolatile memory 18 and selecting the nonvolatile memory 18 wherein the joint of the nonvolatile memory 18 and the transistor serves as an output terminal 6. The transistor comprises a first transistor 14 and a second transistor 16 connected in parallel wherein the first transistor 14 is in conducting state when writing and erasing data, and the second transistor 16 is in conducting state when reading data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
