PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus for enhancing strength of composite signals. SOLUTION: Input parts IN<SB>1</SB>-IN<SB>n</SB>connect to antenna ANT<SB>1</SB>-ANT<SB>n</SB>and input received each RF (radio frequency) signals S<SB>1</SB>-S<SB>n</SB>. Adder ADD<SB>1</SB>to ADD<SB>n-1</SB>synthesize the RF signals S<SB>1</SB>-S<SB>n</SB>to generate composite signals CS<SB>1</SB>to CS<SB>n-1</SB>. A receiving part 13 demodulates the composite signal CS<SB>1</SB>and notifies a strength of the composite signal CS<SB>1</SB>to a control part 14. The control part 14 determines the phase control value, in response to changes in strength of the notified composite signal CS<SB>1</SB>and a control table 151 and notifies the phase control value to either one of variable phase shifters PH<SB>2</SB>-PH<SB>n</SB>. The phase shifters PH<SB>2</SB>-PH<SB>n</SB>change in phases of the RF signals S<SB>2</SB>-S<SB>n</SB>by the notified phase control value. An output part 17 outputs the composite signal CS<SB>1</SB>which is converted in frequency and demodulated to a loud speaker 3, and accordingly the occurrences of dead points can be suppressed.
