PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a security center device at a low cost without using any computer system. SOLUTION: A notification information screen pattern forming means forming one screen pattern including contents of one piece of notification information about the notification information is provided with a character generator, a character pattern forming part forming character pattern data on the basis of a character code representing contents of inputted security information, a background image memory storing image data serving as a background of a screen pattern formed when only the security information is included in the notification information, an image selection part selecting either of the single image data formed from an image file included in the notification formation or the background image data read from the background image memory, and a data composition part composing the image data selected by the image selection part and the character pattern data outputted from the character pattern forming part into a predetermined form.
