The second part B is placed in the annular recess formed in the first part A, and the pressurized medium chamber D is formed between the front surface 13 of the second part B and the bottom 14 of the recess, wherein - the locking means C is placed, in the longitudinal direction of the fixing means 1, in the area between the first part A and the element 6 to be joined, and is fixed to the second part B, and - the front surface 9 of the locking means C is intended to be placed, in the locking position, in abutment with the front surface 12 of the first part A.
