PURPOSE: A guitar having foldable necks is provided to allow a user to conveniently use the guitar and to expand a sound band by mounting a resonance plate at both sides of the guitar having foldable necks. CONSTITUTION: A resonance plate(15) having an echo hole and a bridge(13) is mounted at both sides of an echo box(17). A neck(27) having a head is installed at an upper end of the echo box(17). A contact portion between the neck(27) and the echo box(17) is cut so that a U-shaped hill(4) is formed. A fastening bolt(3) is installed at the upper center portion of the echo box(17). A magnet(10) is provided at a neck portion, which makes contact with a hole plug(7), in parallel to the neck(27). When the neck(27) is folded, the hole plug(7) pulls the magnet(10) so that the echo hole is closed by the magnet(10). The other portion of the echo box(17), where the echo hole is opened, is fixed to the neck(27) by means of the fastening bolt(3).
