PURPOSE: A portable respiratory device is provided for a person responsible for a building to ensure his/her security in the situation of a fire or a similar danger, thereby use fire extinguisher and do something to evacuate the building. CONSTITUTION: The portable respiratory device includes an air cylinder(10) which comprises a metal plate(11) connected to a resilient spring(10) and sealed with a cylinder cap(14) on the upper part of the cylinder(10); a body(20) which is divided into a upper part(21) and a lower part; an airtight member(16) completely airtight to the cylinder cap(14) and insulated for preventing any danger in a cylinder coupling aperture(14); a needle guiding member(17) inside the airtight member(16); a needle on the needle guiding member(17); a needle member(31b) in a decompression chamber(15) of the lower part of the body; an air-fluctuating controlling part(22) of the upper part(21) of the body; a lantern-connecting aperture(71) and an electronic chip coupled to an emergency lantern on the upper part(21) of the body; and a respiration-guiding aperture(52) outside an automatic respiratory chamber of the upper part(21) of the body being airtight-coupled to a respiratory mask through a second-metal sintered filter.
