PURPOSE: A fruit cleaning apparatus capable of achieving a fruit cleaning process without a cleansing liquid such as water or the like by the application of a dust collecting system is provided. The apparatus permits the sugar content and freshness of fruits to be maintained in optimum state and a dust collecting process to be softly achieved while at the same time removing dew formed on the surface of fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit cleaning process is achieved with a fruit cleaning apparatus during transferring fruits by a brush roll driving unit comprising a driving motor, a plurality of brush rolls(40,46) and a power transfer means for connecting the driving motor and brush rolls. The fruit cleaning apparatus additionally contains a lower cover(55) having a hopper shape, an airflow means equipped with an air blowing fan for blowing air toward brush rolls, an upper cover(50) positioned at the upper part of brush rolls and a dust collecting means for performing vacuum air intake toward the plurality of brush rolls. The airflow means additionally contains a boiler for supplying warm air to the brush rolls.
