PURPOSE: A TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) module is provided to promptly and efficiently discharge heat generated from an LCD unit to the outside through a support metal frame. CONSTITUTION: An LCD unit(10) includes an upper substrate(14), a lower substrate(12), and a liquid crystal material filled between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A thermal conductive filler(20) having adhesive force is dispensed at an edge of the upper substrate except an active area(10a). A metal frame(30) covers the rest of the LCD unit except the active area, so that the dispensed filler spreads and fills a space between a gap between the upper substrate of the LCD unit and the metal frame.
