PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching hair extensions enabling even a nonprofessional person to easily and surely attach hair extensions in a shortened time without using bond or a glue gun, specifically without using adhesive or heat for melting the adhesive. SOLUTION: The method for attaching hair extensions comprises using a ring, a nipper and a bar provided with a crochet needle. By the method, the extension is attached as follows: inserting a bar 10 provided with the crochet needle into a ring 20, hooking a piece of hair 1 with the crochet needle, taking the inserted bar 10 though out of the ring 20, inserting the bar 10 again into the ring 20 to hook an extension 30 into the crochet needle, taking the inserted bar 10 through out of the ring 20, and finally smashing the ring 20 with a nipper 40 to fix the extension 30 to the piece of hair 1.
