<p>The invention concerns a lamp type device (2) associated with a reflector illuminating the receiving surface (63) of a light guide/former (6) whereof the emitting surface (64), arranged proximate to the film (10), has substantially the dimensions of the film zone to be illuminated, said guide (6) being a single-piece part comprising two opposite planar surfaces, two surfaces, whereof one is receiving (63) and the other emitting (64).
