METHOD FOR CHANGING SOUND SOURCE OF OTHER ADDITIONAL SERVICE BY USING ALTERNATIVE RING BACK TONE SOUND WHILE ORIGINATING CALL AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A method for changing a sound source of other additional service by using an alternative ring back tone sound while originating a call and a device therefor are provided to enable an originator to set or change the alternative ring back tone sound to a self additional service sound source in real time by using a DTMF hot key while originating a call, thereby simply setting the alternative ring back tone sound to the sound source of the self additional service. CONSTITUTION: An originator receives an alternative ring back tone sound of a receiver(501). The originator inputs a service sound source DTMF hot key in an originating terminal(503). A service IP server transmits the originator's phone number, the receiver's phone number, a code of the alternative ring back tone sound, and DTMF hot key information to a service providing system(505). The service providing system transmits customer information and sound source information to a CP(Contents Provider) server(507). The CP server changes service setting information for a specific additional service of the originator(509). If the change-requested service is an alternative ring back tone sound service, the system requests an SCP to change a sound source for the alternative ring back tone sound of the originator(511). The system informs the originator of a changed result in SMS method(513).
