LUMINOUS VEHICLE NUMBER PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A luminous vehicle number plate and method for manufacturing the same is provided to easily distinguish the number plate in the darkness by storing light and extending light maintenance time in the darkness. CONSTITUTION: A base layer(2) is formed by coating one side surface(11) of a metal plate(1) with a primer to prevent oxidation and peeling. An excluding layer(3) is formed by coating the base layer with white paint to prevent light from penetrating. A fluorescent layer(4) is formed by coating the excluding layer with transparent paint to radiate light. A luminous layer(5) is formed by coating the fluorescent layer with transparent paint to store light. A surface layer(6) is formed by coating the luminous layer with transparent paint to protect the luminous layer. A display layer(7) is formed by coating the surface layer with white or blue paint.
