PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing a student magazine as a CD-ROM are provided to express divers multimedia data by storing a moving image file, a music file, and an image file, and to search the detail data by connecting to a web server storing the necessary data as clicking an Internet URL recorded on a CD-ROM disk. CONSTITUTION: A user Internet connecting tool(10) is held by a student, a parent, and a teacher, and includes a physical hardware and a web browser to connect to the Internet by using a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) Internet protocol. The web server(20) transmits a requested web page to the user Internet connecting tool(10), and offers the web page to link the Internet URL(Uniform Resource Locator) related to the contents data recorded on the student magazine. A customer database(30) stores the personal information of a user. An edit intranet(60) includes an edit PC terminal(61) editing the manuscripts for the student magazine, generating the contents data by converting the manuscripts into the digital data, and recording the contents data on the CD-ROM disk(70).
