PURPOSE: A method and a system for the Internet electric commerce for optimizing sales and purchase are provided to enable a supplier and a demander to carry out a proper electronic commerce on the web by providing optimized sales and purchase methods from the opinion decision to the completion of the sales/purchase. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the user PCs(11-14) of a seller and a buyer, an Internet network(20), a seller and a buyer interface(31,32), a central server operated by an operator, and an internal network(40). The central server(50) comprises a firewall(51), a web server(52), an application server(53), a searching engine(54), and a database server(55). The web server(52) provides a page to a browser by using the HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol). The internal network(40) comprises a manager computer(41) and a mail server(42). When the user searches the product information through the web server(52), the user accesses the database server(55) by using the searching engine(54) and the product searching information obtained from the database server(55) is transmitted to the user through the web server(52) via the application server(53).
