IMPROVED DIFFERENTIAL INPUT/OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An improved differential input/output circuit is provided to improve a characteristic of eye diagram in the serial communication of GHz bands by maintaining constantly a voltage difference between both ends of two differential signal lines. CONSTITUTION: An improved differential input/output circuit includes an output buffer(11), the first diode(13), and the second diode(15). The output buffer is used for outputting two differential signals to an output terminal and a complementary output terminal. The first diode is connected between the output terminal and the complementary output terminal. The second diode is connected between the output terminal and the complementary output terminal. The polarity of the first diode connected between the output terminal and the complementary output terminal is different from the polarity of the second diode.
