PURPOSE: A blank mounting apparatus for fabricating a quartz vibrator is provided to improve the working performance and prevent an error of a coating position of silver liquid by forming an absorbing fin and a dispenser portion with one body. CONSTITUTION: A blank mounting apparatus for fabricating a quartz vibrator includes a robot body(10), an absorbing fin(11), and a dispenser portion(13). The robot body is shifted at upper sides of a blank pallet(4) and a base pallet(5). The absorbing fin is installed at the robot body. The absorbing fin is used for absorbing a blank(1) from the blank pallet, transferring the blank to a base pallet through the robot body, and loading the blank on a particular base(2). The dispenser portion is located at both sides of the absorbing fin. The dispenser portion coated the silver liquid on both ends of the blank absorbed an end portion of the absorbing fin. |
