The internal combustion motor has at least one cylinder head for the valves, and at least two camshafts. One camshaft is driven by the motor output shaft, and it drives the other camshaft through a cogwheel gearing, using at least two cogwheels in a gear housing. The gear housing (16) is also a pump housing (17), with a fluid pump (23) within a pump chamber (18). The pump chamber has at least one inflow (19) and outflow (20). The cogwheels (13,14) form the impelling units (21,22) of the pump.
