The element has a honeycomb body (16) made of resistive material with a positive temperature coefficient, through which a heat carrying medium can flow. The honeycomb body comprises at least two honeycomb cells (18,20) connected in parallel, and arranged in series in the flow direction of the heat carrying medium. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a heating device for a vehicle air conditioner; and (2) a vehicle with a heating device.
