PURPOSE: A method of preparing calcium salt by grinding oyster shells, sea urchin shells or cuttlebones and then blending with bay salt is provided. The product is effective for providing a salty taste by using small amounts and producing bamboo salt with a bamboo tube and mud. CONSTITUTION: Powders of oyster shells, sea urchin shells or cuttlebones are blended with bay salt from which brine is removed in a weight ratio of 0.1 to 1.9:8.1 to 9.9, inserted into a bamboo tube(1) in which one side is closed and then the entrance of the bamboo tube is hermetically sealed with loess. Thereafter, the bamboo tube is calcined in a heating furnace at 600 to 1,000 deg.C for 2 to 4 hrs 5 to 7 times and ground to 10 to 50 meshes. The half product is then calcined in a bamboo salt at 1,000 to 1,400 deg.C for 2 to 4 hrs 5 to 7 times and then ground to 50 to 150 meshes to produce calcium bamboo salt. |
