The traffic sign is joined to a basic plate (4), provided with at least one helical spring (1) horizontally attached to its back. A stick-shaped stop (2) which can be fitted with rubber caps (3) at its outer end, is positioned on each side of the spring (1), limiting the motion of the sign, which is moved by the wind in order to attract the attention of the driver passing by.
