PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled pellet feed by blending black fermented cuttlefish by-products with conventional fish powder assorted feed at room temperature and then pelletizing is provided. The method uses no steam and thus reduces production cost. The pellet feed has characteristic flavor and taste and is soft and thus promotes the digestion and growth of fishes. CONSTITUTION: About 20% by weight of black fermented cuttlefish by-products are added to conventional fish powder assorted feed at room temperature by passed through a hopper and a worm die without heating or adding moisture. Then, the mixture is formed into an oval shape by pressing with a roller and then cut with a cutter.
