PURPOSE: A contact IC card is provided to reduce bad basically and extensively, and to make a smart card cheaply and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An IC chip(20) comprises an IC chip(21) and the first board(22). The first board(22) includes an external terminal contact part on one side, a printed circuit, and the first penetration conductive part. The first board(22) is fixed on other side of the IC chip(20) in order to contact the IC chip(21) with the printed circuit electrically. The second board(23) contacts with the first board(22) by surrounding the circumference of the IC chip(21). Inserting penetration holes are formed on a front and a middle sheet. The penetration hole(51) of the front sheet(50) is smaller than the penetration hole(61) of the middle sheet(60) by forming the penetration holes matched with the first and the second board. The second board(23) is inserted into the penetration hole(61) of the middle sheet(60). The first board(22) is inserted into the penetration hole(51) of the middle sheet(50).
