COSMETIC SOAP AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cosmetic soap having improved foaming ability, hardness and touch feel is provided. A method for making the cosmetic soap is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for making the cosmetic soap comprises a wet process and a dry process. The method is characterized by comprising the step of adding 80 to 97 parts by weight of a fatty acid sodium soap derived from an oil or a coconut palm kernel oil, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant, 1 to 5 parts by weight of a cation polymer and 1 to 5 parts by weight of an inorganic salt, to a neat soap obtained by adding an alkalizing agent to a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid to neutralize it, in the wet process.
