The invention relates to a device that facilitates the handling of animal corneas and, in particular, human corneas, with the purpose of optimising the preservation of corneal cells. According to the invention, the device is introduced into the different bottles and media used before a cornea graft. The inventive device minimises the contact surfaces during cornea preservation and prevents the direct handling thereof so that optimal cell quality is preserved before the graft. The device comprises a support (1) on which the cornea (11) is disposed, said support being fixed to a handling element (9) by means of clips (4).
