The play compensation in a swing motor gearing (3), to control the roll at separated motor vehicle stabilizers, has a coupling (32) with a longitudinal sliding movement with a finger (34) with a radial center axis which engages each of the grooves at the curved path carrier (30,30') for each stabilizer (5,5'), tensed against each other through the coupling when the gearing is in neutral and not under a load. At least one finger swings on the coupling around a radial rotary axis at the coupling, to be pressed pliably against a groove side by a spring.
