BUSH BEARING FOR MELTING ALUMINUM COATING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A bush bearing used for melting aluminum coating equipment is provided to expand the life span of the bush bearing by installing a graphite foil in a gap formed at both sides of the bush bearing. CONSTITUTION: A bushing bearing includes a bush(10) and bush fixing frames(11-3,11-4). The bush(10) is slidably installed with respect to a liner of rolls. A welding part(9-3) of the bush fixing frames(11-3,11-4) is positioned in parallel to a frictional surface formed between the liner and the bush(10) in such a manner that the welding part(9-3) of the bush fixing frames(11-3,11-4) is not directly exposed to a swirl flow of melting aluminum. In order to prevent melting aluminum from penetrating into a gap formed between the bush(10) and the bush fixing frames(11-3,11-4), a graphite foil is provided in the gap.
