摘要 An organic electronic device comprises a substrate, at least two electrodes formed on the substrate, a conductive organic thin film formed on the substrate, for electrically interconnecting the electrodes, and a coating film covering at least part of the electrodes. The conductive organic thin film is made of a polymer of an organic molecule having a conjugation-bondable group. One end of the organic molecule is chemically bonded to the surface of the substrate. The conjugation-bondable group is polymerized with another conjugation-bondable group to form a conjugated bond chain. The coating film is electrically connected to the electrodes and the conductive organic thin film. The connection resistance is smaller than the connection resistance of the direct connection between the electrodes and the conductive organic thin film. The coating film can be a metal film of a metal selected from gold, platinum, and silver, a conductive polymer film, or a monomolecular film chemically bonded to the electrodes.
