PURPOSE: An expandable rod shelf, which also serves as a dish drainer is provided to easily control the height and size of the shelf thus conveniently increasing or changing the whole receiving space thereof according to its use purpose. CONSTITUTION: The expandable rod shelf which also serves as a dish drainer comprises support rods(10), which are adjustable in their height by freely inserting their middle rods(24) into lower rods(30), respectively, while rotating the middle rods, at least one shelf receiving unit(50) coupled to the support rod in a horizontal or inclined direction, and a fastener having a rod tightening ring and a shelf receiving unit fixing cover.
