METHOD FOR FABRICATING INK JET PRINTER HEAD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ink jet printer head is provided to enhance exhaust and frequency characteristics of an ink by improving a structure of an ink channel using a laser processing process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ink chambers(106) filled with ink is formed on a surface of a substrate(100). At least one manifold(102) which supplies ink into the ink chambers(106), is formed on a bottom surface of the substrate(100). Then, an ink channel(105) is formed in order to connect the ink chambers(106) to the manifold(102). The ink channel(105) is formed through a laser processing process in such a manner that a first sectional area of the ink channel(105) adjacent to the manifold(102) is larger than a second sectional area of the ink channel(105) adjacent to the ink chambers(106). The ink channel(105) is formed corresponding to each ink chamber(106).
