PURPOSE: A device for controlling the height of a seat belt is provided to easily fasten a seat belt, and to provide a convenience by automatically setting the optimal condition to wear the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A load detecting unit includes a pressing plate(12) installed at a seat cushion(11) and transferring the load of a passenger, and a first cylinder unit(13) installed at the lower part of the pressing plate and converting the load into oil pressure. An actuator unit includes a second cylinder unit(15) connected to the first cylinder unit by an oil passage(14) and moving a height controller(16) and a locking unit(19). A height controlling unit includes the height controller and the locking unit restricting the motion of the height controller.
