Deep-drawing machine for producing containers from heated thermoplastic sheet has air channels (23, 24) in the male molding tools (15). Air is fed to these via a central bore (22) in the piston rods (16) on which they are mounted. This is fed via a transverse bore (26) in the head plate via connecting channels (27, 28, 31) to a vertical bore (29) which connects with a vertical tube (32) and a transverse bore (34) in the piston rod mounting plate. Air is fed from this into the bores in the piston rods.
