PURPOSE: A paste printing apparatus is provided to prevent a deformation of the mask, while allowing for ease of replacement of the mask. CONSTITUTION: A paste printing apparatus comprises a table(10) on which a panel(8) is disposed; a mask(2) having a predetermined pattern; and a camera(12) interposed between the panel and the mask. The camera includes a first camera for alignment of the panel disposed on the table, and a second camera for inspection of the mask. The first camera and the second camera are formed integrally with each other. Each of the first and second cameras has a shutter unit, and an illumination unit arranged in the shutter unit. |
