The present invention discloses a teeth-care toothbrush, comprising a handle, a head and some permanent magnets. The bristles are arranged and fixed in a certain fashion on the head. The head is connected with one end of the handle detachably. In addition, one or more perforations are set up on the head to place the permanent magnets. Corresponding to the perforations, one or more cuneal perforations are set up on the one end of the head. The permanent magnets are fixed and placed in the cuneal perforations. The teeth-care toothbrush according to the present invention makes use of the magnetic therapy of the permanent magnets and the toothbrush which the people must use everyday to health care the mouth. Thereby it can realize both cleaning and health care.
