<p>A device for the removal of dangerous or high-energy material, comprising a housing (2) which is pressure-resistant in a manner known per se, wherein material, whose end products are non-dangerous, can be reacted in controlled conditions. A fluidized bed (16), which can move from top to bottom, can be displaced inside the housing (2). Said fluidized bed is formed in a state of dynamic equilibrium between a) a bulk material feed and the material which is to be removed and b) the discharge of a mixture of residues originating from the bulk material and the reaction. A hollow body (40) is arranged inside the fluidized bed (16) and is used as a device for guiding a heating gas to said point, being connected to an external heating gas source. Said device (40), which is directly arranged in the vicinity of the reaction chamber of the fluidized bed (16), ensures in an energy-saving manner that the desired reaction temperature prevails in the reaction area of the fluidized bed (16).</p> |
